- MindRape
When MindRape is not trying to dissect somebody else's programs or programming
something of his own, he is busily programming at work. He programs in many
different languages such as C (DOS/UNIX), Pascal (DOS/Windows), x86 Assembler,
Visual Basic and countless other ones. MindRape's only goal in life to code,
which means he consumes large amounts of Pepsi per day (about two 2 liters
or so bottles a day).
- Royce
From the time Royce was just big enough to hold a screwdriver, he
had an unquenchable thirst for knowing how things worked, why
they worked, and how to make them work better. Mechanical, and
most other things took a back seat when he discovered the world
of electronics. Of all the neat stuff in the world to take
apart, nothing could compare to electronic equipment. This led
to many high school electronics and shop classes, and then on to
a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engingeering. Ironicaly
enough, however, his career choice was in coding. Royce's
language backgrounds include Pascal(DOS/Windows), x86 Assembler,
Z80 Assembler, 68000 Assembler, C/C++(DOS/Doing my best to get
into windows), Visual Basic(Windows), and, like MindRape, could
start a whole new list if you start talking database development.
Some hobbies are coding (imagine that!?!), shooting, reloading,
darts, spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, and tinkering
around with some electronic gadget of some sort.
- Yoshi
Yoshi spends most of his time working on activities such as Project Icarus
(Kid Icarus for the SNES) and maintaining his UNIX network, crystalis.com,
from his office. His interests include UNIX security, assembly language,
and perl programming. You can always find him on IRC.
- DiskDude
DiskDude is Damaged Cybernetics only Australian member. His
specialty lies with the Pascal (DOS/Win-Delphi) and BASIC
(DOS/VB) languages. Since his first PC - an 80286 back in '89 - he
has taken a great interest in what makes PC's "tick", learning from
any scrap of information he can find.
Projects ranging from a "Home Weather Station", to the more recent
"CartDisk", a multiple console copier, he has excelled in merging
the two worlds of electronics and computing. DiskDude plans to
become a digital/computer engineer working on new and exciting
projects which will ultimately change the world!! (Most of which
big Bill has stolen!) :)
